Return Policy

Dadsupply offers returns/refunds on all unworn/unwashed products within 30 days of purchase.

If you have any problems with your order, please contact us at ‪(512) 240-2549‬ or send us an email at help@dadsupply.com for further instructions. Please have a copy of your order number handy so we can look it up.

A couple of quick notes:

  • We can only refund you through the same method of payment used to place the order, so sorry… no envelopes stuffed with cash.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping on returns.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Sure! We try to keep our sizing charts up to date to help pick the right size, but just drop us a line at ‪(512) 240-2549‬ or send us an email at help@dadsupply.com and we can get that swapped out.

Received the wrong product or a defective shirt?

We pride ourselves on great customer satisfaction, but mistakes do sometimes happen. Just let us know and we will work with you to fix the issue as quickly as we can, and usually at no cost to you.
